Shipping policy

We currently ship to addresses in the **United States**.

**Shipping costs**
- **Free shipping** on orders of $35 or more.
- A flat **$4.99** on orders under $35.

**Delivery times**
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Our products ship from partner warehouses, and most orders arrive within **3–12 business days** of dispatch. Each product page shows the typical delivery time for that item.

If your order contains several items, they may arrive in separate packages on different days, at no extra cost to you.

**Tracking**
We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take a day or two to show updates after dispatch.

**Problems with delivery**
If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, or tracking shows it as delivered but you can't find it, contact us through our Contact page and we'll help sort it out.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an address that was entered incorrectly at checkout.
