Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders of $35 or more. Orders under $35 have a flat $4.99 shipping charge.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Most of our range ships from US warehouses and arrives within a few business days of dispatch. Each product page shows the typical delivery time for that item.
How do I track my order?
We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take a day or two to show updates after dispatch.
Why did my order arrive in more than one package?
Our products ship from partner warehouses, so if you order several items they may arrive separately, on different days. There's no extra cost to you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can change or cancel orders that haven't shipped yet. Once an order has shipped, you can return it using the process below.
My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?
If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, or tracking says it was delivered but you can't find it, contact us and we'll help sort it out.
Returns & refunds
What's your returns policy?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery. They must be unused and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns of items your pet has used, such as chewed toys or used beds, unless they arrived faulty or damaged.
Who pays for return shipping?
If you've changed your mind, you pay the return shipping cost. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, we cover it. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
How do I start a return?
Contact us with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll send you the return address and instructions. Please don't post items back without contacting us first.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and check your return, approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Our checkout is secure and encrypted. You'll see all the payment options available to you when you check out.
Do your prices include sales tax?
Prices are shown before sales tax. Any applicable tax is calculated and added at checkout.
Products
How do I choose the right size bed?
Measure your pet from nose to the base of the tail while they're lying down, then add a few inches so they have room to stretch out. Size details are on each product page. If you're unsure, ask us.
Are your products suitable for my pet?
Each product page says which pets and sizes it suits. Always supervise your pet with new toys until you know how they play with them, and remove any toy once it gets damaged.
